May Prayer Points 2014

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.”

(Romans 8:28)

We are so thankful for your prayerful interest in our work among prisoners and ex-offenders and below are our Prayer Points for May.

For some months we have been asking prayer for Ed, released on licence some months ago, and for his wife Emily. Emily has been struggling with mental health issues and this has been a great trial to them both.

A couple of months ago we gave thanks that they were able to attend church together for the first time since Ed’s release. On Easter Day morning they were in church together, worshipping our risen Saviour, and witnessing several baptisms. It was a good day.

I am very sorry to tell you that following an emergency admission to hospital following another extreme episode, Emily passed away with Ed at her bedside. Please remember Ed and the family and all those affected.

Thank you for your continued support.
