The Charity’s Trustees are the Data Controllers, and they designate suitable persons to process the data on their behalf. We will only pass on your contact details to a carefully chosen third party who will act as a data processor, and this will be for the same purposes as above, unless required to do so under UK law. Current Data Processors are named in the Data Protection Policy.

As a result you will receive news from us by your choice of email and/or post. Our messages will give updates on our work as well as items for prayer. They may also contain details of Daylight meetings and events and news of our finances. If you have provided a telephone number then we may use that to ring you. We will delete your data if you ask us to stop keeping you updated.

This is because you have made a personal donation to the work of Daylight. As a result we need to keep your information to maintain appropriate financial records.
